The Paternals are here, which means there are LOTS of great pics to come (though not in this post). I am always reticent to post without pictures, but I just have to report that on March 5th, 2010, Sam slept SEVEN hours, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
I have no recollection of this, but when I woke to his cries, Brian says that I immediately asked what time it was. Upon finding out that it was 4:30 a.m., I apparently said that after I fed him I was planning to go "jogging in the Smokies, biking in the Swiss Alps, and change the world." Sleep is good, people.
Sam will be 14 weeks tomorrow. I went back and looked at John's baby book, and discovered that he slept nine hours on New Year's Eve, which was when he was 15 weeks old. Sam has no baby book, so I'm hoping this blog will suffice.
I'm also hoping that there will continue to be opportunities for mountain climbing.

Don't worry K - Jon T. has an entire scrapbook of his first year INCLUDING a calendar page for EVERY month. Charlie has a book too. I think it's on month 9 right now. He turns 5 next week.
